Acronis True Image Home - Adding (Initializing) Disk - Alternative source disk erase.I had a repeating issue that Acronis True Image hangs up at applying user settings while starting up. I tried to leave it for a long time, but nothing changed. Upgraded to Win 10; now Acronis True Image will not back up to the usual external HD. Acronis support for this no longer exists. This issue occurs when the external USB drive required for the backup task is not detected by Acronis True Image due to connection issues, drive letter changes.
